Jason and his team did an amazing job residing our house. The quote was fair, right in line with other

quotes we had received, and Lasting Exteriors delivered everything we hoped for and more. The

JeffCo inspector rang the doorbell to tell us that it was an "exceptional installation...a high level of

quality that (he) doesn't see very often.

Jason was very communicative throughout the process, giving me a heads up on every step of the way and what to expect next. He did not push to make it a bigger and more costly project but instead came up with several ideas that actually reduced the overall cost of the project. The old deck was removed and the new deck was in place in a couple of days - which was much sooner than I had anticipated and without much disruption or mess - I barely knew that the team was there, and I work from home. The quote didn't increase due to "unforeseen" issues as the estimate was thorough. My new deck is beautiful! I am super happy with the work and would recommend Lasting Exteriors to anyone!
