Founded by Jason VanRemortel in 2024, our company was born from a simple frustration: witnessing too many Colorado homeowners getting burned by contractors who overpromise, underdeliver, and disappear when problems arise.

Jason didn't start Lasting Exteriors to be just another exterior remodeling company. After years in the industry—including growing another company from $5 million to $65 million in annual sales and managing over 2,600 exterior remodels—he saw the same problems over and over: mismanaged overhead costs passed to customers, subpar workmanship, companies growing too fast to maintain quality, and sales teams that prioritized closing deals over delivering results.

That's when Jason decided to do things differently.
